The Challenge

Ajwa Organics — a Lahore-based seller of raw honey and traditionally cold-pressed oils — came to us with an existing WordPress site that had been breached and left broken. Pages were down, the install was unsecured, and it wasn't something worth patching — it needed to be rebuilt from the ground up.

The Approach

Rather than another WordPress install carrying the same plugin-and-theme attack surface that caused the breach in the first place, we hand-coded a fully custom, static multi-page site. No CMS login to compromise, no plugin vulnerabilities to patch — just fast, direct HTML/CSS/JS with nothing extra to exploit.

• WhatsApp-first ordering — the checkout flow that actually converts for Pakistani SMEs, no payment gateway friction
• Educational blog content ("How to Tell If Honey Is Real," cold-pressed vs. refined oils) to build buyer trust
• Full policy pages — shipping, returns, privacy, terms — for a credible, professional storefront
• Optimized WebP images throughout for fast mobile loading on average Pakistani connections

Result

A secure, fast storefront replacing a breached WordPress install — hand-coded, so there's no plugin or theme surface left to exploit the same way again. The site's been live and stable since launch.
