What we collect through this site and our client work, and how it's used, stored, and protected.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Veloce Digital collects through this website and our client communications, and how it's used. It applies to visitors to this site and to clients we work with on website, e-commerce, hosting, security scanning, and care plan projects.
When you use the contact form, we collect the name, business name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, project type, and message you provide. If you message us on WhatsApp directly, we see your WhatsApp phone number and the content of that conversation. If you become a client, we also collect the project details, content, and account information needed to build and run your website or store.
We don't sell your information, and we don't send marketing messages to people who've only filled out the contact form without becoming a client.
This website itself does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies — the animation and scroll effects on the site run entirely in your browser and don't track you across visits. Analytics setup is something we offer as a service for client websites, but it isn't active on velocedigital.co at this time. If that changes, this section will be updated accordingly.
Messages sent via the WhatsApp button on this site are handled by WhatsApp/Meta under their own privacy policy, not ours. This site is hosted on Cloudflare's network. Contact form submissions may be stored in our content-management backend (Sanity) to organize and respond to enquiries. None of these providers are permitted to use your data for their own marketing.
We keep enquiry and client information for as long as it's needed to respond to you, deliver a project, or meet our own accounting and legal obligations, and remove or anonymize it after that unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing velocedigital.co@gmail.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep client and visitor data protected.
This site and our Services are directed at businesses and business owners, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services or tools change. Continued use of this site or our Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
