The terms that apply when you use this site or engage Veloce Digital for a website, store, hosting, security, or care plan project.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any website development, e-commerce, hosting, security scanning, or care plan services ("Services") provided by Veloce Digital ("we", "us", "our"), a web development agency based in Lahore, Pakistan. By visiting this site, submitting the contact form, or engaging us for a project, you agree to these terms.
For a specific project, these terms work alongside — not instead of — whatever scope, pricing, and timeline is agreed in your proposal or quote. Where the two conflict, the signed proposal or quote takes priority.
We provide custom website development, e-commerce store builds, cloud hosting, security scanning, and ongoing website care/retainer plans. Exact deliverables, pages, features, and integrations for a project are defined in the proposal or quote sent to you before work begins — not by this page.
Most website builds move from kickoff to launch in roughly 2–6 weeks depending on scope (e-commerce stores typically run longer than a standard site) — you'll get a real timeline after your discovery call. You're responsible for providing content, product information, and feedback in a timely manner, since delays on your end will move the launch date. Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as set out in your quote; additional rounds beyond that may be billed separately.
Once a project is paid in full, you own the resulting website's code, content, and domain. Until final payment is received, all work remains the property of Veloce Digital. We may request permission to reference completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Care Plans, hosting, and security scanning are billed on an ongoing basis and can be cancelled with reasonable advance notice as set out at signup. Cancelling a plan does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period already paid, and stops the uptime monitoring, scanning, and update coverage described in our Service Level Agreement from that point forward.
You agree not to use our Services to build, host, or distribute content that is illegal, fraudulent, or infringes on someone else's rights. We reserve the right to decline or pause work on a project that we reasonably believe involves unlawful content or activity.
We build sites carefully and stand behind our work, but we don't guarantee specific business outcomes — search rankings, traffic, or sales — since those depend on many factors outside a website's code. Outside of what's explicitly promised in your Care Plan (see our Service Level Agreement), our Services and this website are provided "as is," and to the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use.
Either party may end a project engagement in writing. Work completed up to that point is billable, and any deposit already paid is non-refundable once work has started, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version posted here at the time of your engagement applies to that project; material changes will be communicated to active clients directly.
